Savannah Computing has been the Caribbean distributor for DataStore and DS32® and its suite of application products, since 1995. See Case Study 

DataStore32® is designed specifically for the storage and retrieval of volume COLD data and Document Imaging, using optical disk storage technology. This product offers not only data retrieval, but also selective data analysis and transfer facilities to the standard Microsoft Products.

The other application products are:

• COLD ds32cold/erm solutions were first installed for our clients ten years ago. Since then, they have become an acknowledged market leader.
• OfficeStore® enables the archival of MS/Office products in their native format.
• ChequeStore® provides for the capture of cheques and vouches which have been MICR encoded. 
• DS32 workflow automates the movement of documents to named persons/departments.

DataStore dramatically improves Employee Productivity as access to documents within the organisation can occur at the PC desktop, eliminating the need for duplicated documents and reports and retrieval of documents from a physical storage location or Archives. The cost of paper usage and paper storage is significantly reduced.
